Our office
We work for the international business community with interests in France. The practice specializes in international commercial law, corporate law and labor law. Given our Dutch background, we have extensive experience in advising mainly Dutch and Belgian companies in the French market.
We offer a wide range of services, from legal advice to leading negotiations, drafting contracts, mediating disputes and representing clients in the French courts. We work with a network of specialized lawyers worldwide.
Agnes KOETSIER has been registered as a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1996. She worked, inter alia, for 20 years for the Paris office of a leading Dutch and international law firm (Loyens & Loeff). She specializes in French and international commercial law and advises and handles litigation in the areas of French business law, liability, distribution, labor law and contract law.
Agnes KOETSIER graduated from the University of Paris (Université de Paris II, Panthéon – Assas) and has a post-graduate specialization in private international law (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies (DEA) de Droit International Privé et du Commerce International as well as a Postgraduate specialization in commercial and business law (Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures (DESS) Droit des affaires et fiscalité).
She speaks French, English and Dutch.

Karin Verhoeve, of Dutch origin, trilingual Dutch, French and English, has been working for 25 years as a legal assistant in France at Dutch law firms with an international character.
French formalities no longer hold any secrets for her.
