Our office
We work for the international business community with interests in France. The practice specializes in international commercial law, corporate law and labor law. Given our Dutch background, we have extensive experience in advising mainly Dutch and Belgian companies in the French market.
We offer a wide range of services, from legal advice to leading negotiations, drafting contracts, mediating disputes and representing clients in the French courts. We work with a network of specialized lawyers worldwide.
Agnes KOETSIER has been registered as a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1996. She worked, inter alia, for 20 years for the Paris office of a leading Dutch and international law firm (Loyens & Loeff). She specializes in French and international commercial law and advises and handles litigation in the areas of French business law, liability, distribution, labor law and contract law.
Agnes KOETSIER graduated from the University of Paris (Université de Paris II, Panthéon – Assas) and has a post-graduate specialization in private international law (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies (DEA) de Droit International Privé et du Commerce International as well as a Postgraduate specialization in commercial and business law (Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures (DESS) Droit des affaires et fiscalité).
She speaks French, English and Dutch.

Karin Verhoeve, of Dutch origin, trilingual Dutch, French and English, has been working for 25 years as a legal assistant in France at Dutch law firms with an international character.
French formalities no longer hold any secrets for her.

Partnership
Lara Andraos-Guerin specialises in commercial property, insurance law, tenancy law and litigation. With a strong focus on litigation, she provides her clients with strategic advice and legal support in complex legal disputes. She also lectures and works closely with colleagues within her field to pool expertise where necessary. In collaboration with her assistant, Aurelie Maurice, she plays an important role in the drafting of French-language litigation documents and monitoring proceedings.
Aurelie Maurice is Me Lara Andraos-Guerin’s assistant and plays an important support role within the firm. As an experienced legal assistant, she is responsible for closely monitoring legal proceedings and coordinating administrative tasks. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge and organisational skills, Aurelie ensures that litigation documents are prepared and filed in a timely and correct manner, and works closely with Lara Andraos-Guerin to provide clients with the best possible service.
